Machine for basic finishing of classic trousers and jeans, of any fabric and size, at industrial levels.
Pneumatically adjustable waist expanders, moving frontwards and backwards.
Available for connection to steam supply or with built-in electric boiler.
Height-adjustable clamp carriage, allowing to finish even shorts.
Pneumatic leg clamps, adjustable to front or side position.
Front fly clamp.
Independent adjustment for leg and waistband tension.

The control panel allows to set the single times for pre-finishing air, steam, steam-air mix, and final air.
Nine finishing programmes can be stored.
For special treatments, trousers can be held in tension at the end of the cycle, to allow the operator to select additional steam and/or air.
